AMANDA GREENWOOD MAKEUP & HAIR : BIO

Amanda Greenwood has accumulated ten years of valuable and diverse experience as a make-up artist and hair stylist, working throughout Europe and Canada. For the first seven years she developed her talents working in London, England, on projects for international names such as Alexander McQueen, Diesel and the prestigious Design for Life shows. While in London she refined her skills by working as the UK trainer for MAC Cosmetics, and further received training herself with Academy Award winner Stephen Dupuis in the art of special effects.

Amanda has now been back in Canada for the past three years and has continued to build her momentum.  She has worked on many editorials for magazines including FASHION 18, Nuvo, Elle, Toro, Maxim and Men’s Health, to name a few.  Her ability to create both stunning hair and make-up has made her not only an editor’s favorite but has also landed her ad campaigns with Chulo Pony, Dish, Earl’s, Izod, and Off the Wall.

Amanda finds her inspiration in art and fashion and her creativity is further reflected in her paintings, and her necklace line now being sold in Vancouver and Montreal.  It is her artistic flair coupled with her charming personality that has won over such clients as Diana Krall, Michael Bublé, Victoria Beckham and Hugh Jackman.
